Small fresh pasta board

The wooden pastry board is an ancient cutting board, large and solid, where fresh handmade pasta is flattened (rolled out with a rolling pin).
Our pastry board is a solid cherry wood board, made by a Ligurian craftsman, which is dried in an autoclave so as to ensure that the wood does not warp.
The board is equipped with a stop so as to prevent the cutting board from moving during the processing of fresh pasta .

Measurements of the small pastry board: 49.5 x 70 x 5 cm.
