Santoku knife
The santoku is a traditional Japanese knife with a wide blade suitable for different uses: such as cutting and chopping vegetables, but also meat and fish.
Its versatility and some of its characteristics make it similar to the Western "chef" knife, from which it differs, however, in the shape of the tip and the less curved, flatter blade line.
The knife groove, that groove on the knife blade, prevents the cut food from remaining stuck to the blade.
Black handle in acetal resin.
Stainless steel blade X 50 Cr Mo V 15 (1.14116).
Hardness after heat treatment: HRC 56-58.
Handle rivets: 304 stainless steel.
