Marcato pasta machine

Atlas 150 Color is the young and trendy machine for processing homemade pasta that combines utility and functionality with design. It allows you to make three different pasta shapes: lasagne , fettuccine (6 mm) and tagliolini (1.5 mm).
Furthermore, the company offers accessories, sold separately, applicable to the machine body which allow you to obtain more than 15 different pasta shapes: from spaghetti to ravioli , from lasagna to angel hair.
The 10-position regulator knob allows you to create a sheet of different thicknesses, suitable for many pasta shapes. Equipped with a clamp to secure the machine to the work surface and a comfortable crank with colored handle.

This machine is in fact made of anodized aluminum alloy (which, therefore, does not release any metal residue on the pasta), with safe colours.

You can choose between the chromed steel or aluminum machine in 7 different color shades.

There is also the possibility of applying an electric motor, called Pastadrive, specifically designed for these models, to make preparation easier and faster.

PRECAUTIONS:

2. Do not clean with metal objects.

3. Clean with toothpick or brush.
