Mandolin with V-blade

This mandolin from the American company Microplane is a useful tool for cutting vegetables into slices and julienne strips.
This tool offers two cutting functions: slices and julienne, just turn the V-shaped blade and you will find very sharp teeth with which to make small sticks of fruit, vegetables or cheese.
Also equipped with an adjustment knob that allows you to choose exactly the desired thickness.
