Small rigid cutting board scraper

The cutting board scraper (or tarocco ) is a rigid metal spatula from the Italian company Paderno.

Ideal tool for collecting the dough from the work surface to join it with the dough or for cleaning the wooden cutting board from any residues of flour and dough. It is also used to cut fresh homemade pasta and potato gnocchi.

Practical and handy tool, made of 18/10 stainless steel and with a polypropylene handle which guarantees a comfortable and safe grip.
