Due Cigni cheese set

Cheese set from the Italian cutlery of Maniago, Due Cigni .
Gift box with three cheese knives with POM wooden handle:

1. a 16.5 cm grain knife ;
2. a 19 cm cheese knife;
3. a 21cm cheese spreader knife.

The line was designed by the founder of FOX Coltellerie (company that owns the Due Cigni brand), Mr. Oreste Frati.
German Steel 4116 – X50CrMoV15 – HRC 55/57 stainless steel blade. Stainless steel rivets.

Knives handcrafted in Italy.
