Round festooned brass mold , 6.5cm in diameter, with spring ejection and beech wood handle.
Suitable for the preparation of ravioli with a diameter of 6.5 cm or a typical Bologna dessert: sweet ravioli (or San Giuseppe ravioli). Tradition dictates that the filling is based on Bolognese mustard (a mixture of quinces, pears, oranges and sugar) and black plum jam.
The pasta cutter is equipped with a spring ejection which allows you to simultaneously cut, close and expel the air (to prevent your filled pasta from opening during cooking!)
